I had some requests regarding when items would be shipped, and splitting the in-stock and pre-order items. They were easily able to accommodate these requests, and I already received the 6 in-stock items without issue. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

                                          I highly recommend to buy games from this respectful company. Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.
