All returns for unwanted product must be in their original condition and may be returned within thirty (30) days from the delivery date at the buyer's expense, for Standard Shipping orders without tracking this date will be considered fifty (50) days from the date your item shipped. Exceptions will be made during times of postal delay.
New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents.
We’re excited to announce our extended holiday return period! Purchases made between November 29, 2024, and January 31, 2025, are eligible for returns during this extended timeframe. After January 31, 2025, our regular return policy will resume.

Items shipped as new that are returned used may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price paid. New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents.

Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in the same condition as when it left Shopville. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using an insured courier service with tracking information.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
While we process refunds immediately, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

Defective or damaged products can only be replaced with the same product. A full refund of the purchase price can instead be issued at your request. In the event of a damaged or defective product, the customer will be emailed a pre-paid return label and will pay no return shipping fee.
