In-Store Pick Up

How does it work?

Once you've added your awesome picks to the cart, just head to checkout. You'll get the chance to choose to have your order delivered, or swing by our store to pick it up in person—your choice, your way!
How long does it take?

Once placed, your order will be ready for pick up in 2-4 business days. As soon as it's good to go, we’ll send you a notification
Where do I pick up my order?

Our store is located at: 2856 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 6V7

Head inside and meet one of our friendly employees. Simply provide your order number and ID to confirm your pick up. We’ll take care of the rest!

We reserve the right to refuse an order pick up if certain requirements are not met.
How long will the store hold my pickup order?

We will hold your order for up to 14 days from when it’s ready for pick up.

If unclaimed by closing on the 14th day, your order will be canceled. Items will be restocked and a refund to your original payment method will be issued.

Can I extend the pickup window?

Of course! All requests to extend the pick up window must be made and confirmed by contacting us online or by calling our location @ 587-873-6810.
Can I have someone else pick up my order?

You can designate another person to pick up your order. However, they will need to meet specific requirements for verification. Here is what you need to know:

  • The person picking up the order must present:
  • A copy of the order confirmation (either printed or on a mobile device).
  • A valid ID to verify their identity.
  • Restrictions:
  • Some items (e.g., age-restricted products) may require the authorized person to meet additional age or identity verification requirements.
