Where is my package?

All packages with tracking will have the most up to date information shown on the official carrier tracking site. A link to this is shown on your order detail page after your order has shipped. Neither us, nor the carrier has any information beyond what is shown on the tracking page.

If your package shows no tracking updates for ten consecutive days, please Contact Us or the carrier and we can begin an investigation for you.

How much does shipping cost?

USA:

  • Standard (USPS, Tracking Included): Typically 5-10 business days, may take up to 14 days. Price: Free over $99 (USD), otherwise $9.99 (USD). Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Expedited (Tracking Included): Typically 2-5 business days, may take up to 7 days. Price: $14.99 (USD). Handling Time: 1-2 business days. (Some exceptions apply; Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may experience additional delays).

Canada:

  • Standard (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Tracking not Included): Typically 8-12 business days, may take up to 20 days. Price: Free over $125 (CAD), otherwise $14.99 (CAD). Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Expedited (Tracking Included): Typically 4-6 business days, may take up to 8 days. Price: $19.99 (CAD). Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Express (Tracking Included): 2-4 business days. Price: $24.99 (CAD). Handling Time: 1-2 business days. (Some exceptions apply).
How do I cancel / make changes to an order?

To make changes to an order or request a cancellation, simply Contact Us by email or Facebook. Your order will be updated the next business day before orders are processed. If we are notified once an order has already been processed, we will be unable to make changes to or cancel the order.

Please note that an item may be processed before it is marked as shipped, and our orders are processed every weekday at 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

Orders are always processed within 1 - 2 business days. We do everything we can to get you your order as fast as possible, whether you live on the East Coast in sunny Florida or in a hamlet in Alaska! Live in Canada? We ship all Canadian orders within Canada so you never pay customs fees.

Orders will always arrive within the promised delivery times which can be found on our Shipping Information page or the shipping is free.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post for all of our shipping needs. If you wish to request a specific carrier, please Contact Us and we will do our best to honor your request. However, please note that due to variations in carrier cost we cannot guarantee any specific carrier will be used.

Why is there a delay on my order?

Please note that quoted shipping times are only estimates, and packages can be delayed for many reasons including but not limited to: inclement weather, postal delay, increased holiday volumes and incorrect address information. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as we can.
