Where is my package?

Tracking your package? The carrier's official tracking site has all the latest intel. You’ll find a link to it on your order detail page once your order ships. Pro tip: We don’t have secret insider info beyond what the tracking page shows (and neither does the carrier, FYI).

If the tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days straight, hit us up or contact the carrier, and we’ll start an investigation. Because lost loot is no joke.

How do I place an order?

See it. Want it. Click 'Add to Cart.'

Your cart lives in the top-right corner of the screen — the little number shows how much geeky loot you’ve grabbed so far.

Ready to seal the deal? Click the Cart. Smash 'Checkout' and follow the prompts to make it yours. Easy peasy.

How do I cancel / make changes to an order?

Need to tweak or cancel your order? Shoot us an email or message us on Facebook ASAP. If you catch us before 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the next business day, we’ll make the magic happen.

But fair warning: once your order’s processed, it’s game over for changes or cancellations. (And yes, processing can happen before it’s marked as shipped, so don’t procrastinate!)

Why hasn't my order shipped?

Orders processed in 1–2 business days—because we know you want your loot yesterday. Whether you’re soaking up the sun in Florida or braving moose traffic in Alaska, we’ll get it to you.

Canadian? Lucky you! We ship all Canadian orders within Canada, too, so no surprise customs fees..

And if you're worried about delivery times, don’t be. If we miss the promised date, the shipping’s free—because we’re cool like that. Check the Shipping Info page for all the boring details.

Is Shopville secure?

Yes, we go full fortress mode to keep your data safe. Your payment and shipping info is encrypted by Shopify, PayPal, and Shop Pay (thanks, Stripe and Shopify Payments).

Worried about us snooping on your bank details? Don’t be, because:

A) We couldn't if we wanted to.

B) We’re geeks, not spies.

Who do you use for shipping?

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post — because teleportation isn’t a thing yet. If you’re loyal to a specific carrier, let us know, and we’ll do our best. But hey, if their rates are wild, we’re not footing the bill.

Don’t worry, though — no matter who delivers it, your order is guaranteed to arrive in pristine, nerd-approved condition. If not, our No-Hassle Return Policy will swoop in like a caped crusader. You’re welcome.
